肯普普適定理

1876年，Alfred B. Kempe發表了他的文章「On a General Method of describing Plane Curves of the nth degree by Linkwork"，該文章表明，對於任意平面代數曲線，可以構建繪製該曲線的連杆。連杆和代數曲線之間的這種直接聯繫已被命名為肯普普適定理（英語：Kempe's Universality Theorem）。
