熱棒菌屬（學名：Pyrobaculum）為熱變形菌目熱變形菌科的一屬革蘭氏陰性菌。棲息於中性或鹼性硫磺熱泉和淺海熱液系統。此屬的模式種為冰島熱棒菌(Pyrobaculum islandicum)。
