梳狀菌屬

梳狀菌屬（學名：Pectinatus）為月形單孢菌目月形單孢菌科的一屬厭氧革蘭氏陰性菌。微彎杆。不產芽孢。分離於腐敗的啤酒和「起子」酵母。此屬的模式種為嗜啤酒梳狀菌(Pectinatus cerevisiiphilus)。
