2023年好萊塢勞資糾紛

自2023年5月2日開始，美國影視產業發生了一系列勞資糾紛，而其中又主要集中在美國編劇工會和演員工會-美國電視和廣播藝人聯合會所領導的兩場罷工上。這是好萊塢這兩家行業工會第二次聯合舉行罷工，上次還要追溯到1960年（英語：1960 Writers Guild of America strike）；這使得媒體在報導中使用了「好萊塢雙重罷工（Hollywood Double Strike）」這個名詞。[5][6][7]

2023 年演員罷工涉及演員工會-美國電視和廣播藝人聯合會（SAG-AFTRA）和電影和電視製片人聯盟（AMPTP） 之間的糾紛。經 SAG-AFTRA 全國董事會投票批准通過後，罷工於2023年7月14日太平洋夏令時午夜時分開始。此次罷工是自1980年演員罷工（英語：1980 actors strike）以來，好萊塢演員首次因勞資糾紛發起抗議。

美國導演協會、美國製片人協會、演員權益協會（英語：Actors' Equity Association）、 UNITE HERE（英語：UNITE HERE） Local 11、英國演員權益協會（英語：Equity (British trade union)）、國際卡車司機兄弟會、美國音樂家聯合會（英語：American Federation of Musicians）、好萊塢基本工藝協會、國際戲劇舞台雇員聯盟（英語：International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees）、美國東部作家協會（英語：Writers Guild of America, East）及加拿大電影、電視和廣播藝術家聯盟（英語：Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Artists）在SAG-AFTRA宣布計劃加入WGA罷工後，都發表了支持聲明 [16] [17] [18] [19] [20]。Vox新聞網站表示，其他好萊塢工會對罷工者表現出的團結支持是非同尋常的，「與2007 年的上一次罷工時的反應形成鮮明對比」[21]。另據《商業內幕》指出，此次勞工糾紛顯示出了近期日趨強大的勞工運動趨勢[22]。
