真核生物的演化支，包含所有真菌以及與真菌較親近、與動物較疏遠的生物
菌物總界（Holomycota，Liu et al. 2009）是單鞭毛生物的一個演化支，包含所有與真菌近緣而與動物遠緣的生物，或可定義為，包含真菌界與核形蟲目的最小包容支（即，二者的最後共同祖先及其全部後代）。[3][4][5]
