真主黨旅

真主黨旅（阿拉伯語：كتائب حزب الله‎）是一個由伊朗支持的伊拉克什葉派（英語：Shia Islam in Iraq）準軍事團體。[20]它活躍於伊拉克內戰[21]和敘利亞內戰。[22]在伊拉克戰爭期間，該組織與伊拉克戰爭多國部隊作戰。[23]

真主黨旅成立於2003年伊拉克戰爭爆發前夕，[24]是由擁有伊拉克-伊朗雙重國籍的阿布·馬赫迪·穆罕迪斯所創立。真主黨旅的第一批成員來自巴德爾組織，[25]並從聖城軍獲得訓練和資金。[26][23]美國國務院還聲稱，黎巴嫩真主黨也為該組織提供了武器和訓練。[27]

伊拉克戰爭（2003-2011） 編輯

真主黨旅於2007年因襲擊伊拉克戰爭多國部隊而聲名顯赫[26][28]，並在網際網路上傳其襲擊美軍的視頻。[29]

2008年，美國和伊拉克部隊開始鎮壓真主黨旅，有至少有30名成員被捕。該組織的多名領導人也被捕，美國官員聲稱「有多名真主黨旅領導人逃到了伊朗」。[30][31]

2009年7月2日，真主黨旅被列入美國國務院認定的外國恐怖主義組織名單（英語：United States Department of State list of Foreign Terrorist Organizations）中。真主黨旅被控曾在綠區針對美國和伊拉克部隊發動多次簡易爆炸裝置，迫擊炮，火箭和RPG襲擊以及狙擊行動，其中包括2008年11月的火箭襲擊，當時炸死了兩名聯合國工作人員。[28]

2010年2月12日，美軍在巴格達東南部265公里的一個伊拉克與伊朗邊界附近的村莊發生了與疑似真主黨旅成員的交火。美方報告說，有12人被捕。美國軍方在一份聲明中表示，聯合安全小組遭到散布在多棟住宅樓中的武裝分子開槍。伊拉克官員則表示，有8人在衝突中被殺，許多遇難者只是無辜的旁觀者。[32]

2011年7月，一名伊拉克情報官員估計真主黨旅的規模為1000名戰鬥人員，並表示武裝分子每月的收入在300至500美元之間。[33][34]

美國從伊拉克撤軍後 編輯

2013年，真主黨旅和其他伊拉克什葉派民兵承認在敘利亞與忠於巴沙爾·阿薩德的部隊一起作戰，以對抗尋求在敘利亞內戰中推翻巴沙爾·阿薩德的遜尼派叛軍。[22]

2014年，真主黨旅開始在伊拉克打擊伊斯蘭國的鬥爭中發揮作用。[21]同年，真主黨旅和其他六個主要的什葉派伊拉克準軍事團體組成了人民動員。[35]自2016年10月以來，真主黨旅與伊拉克軍隊和人民動員一起參加了摩蘇爾戰役[36]。

2019年12月29日，發生了美國轟炸真主黨旅事件（英語：2019 United States bombing of Kata'ib Hizbollah）。美國轟炸了加伊姆（英語：Al-Qa'im (town)）附近的真主黨旅總部。[37]據路透社和美國軍方聲明的信息，空襲的目標是真主黨旅在伊拉克的三個和在敘利亞的兩個地點，其中包括武器庫和指揮所，[38]以報復真主黨旅兩天前向K-1空軍基地（英語：K-1 Air Base）發射的30多枚火箭彈襲擊以及對美軍在伊拉克基地的攻擊。美方認定兩天前的真主黨旅的襲擊行為導致一名美國承包商死亡和數名伊拉克和美國士兵受傷。[39]美國轟炸真主黨旅事件（英語：2019 United States bombing of Kata'ib Hizbollah）中有25人喪生，還有51名真主黨旅成員受傷。[40][41][42]

為回應美國轟炸真主黨旅事件（英語：2019 United States bombing of Kata'ib Hizbollah），又發生了襲擊美國駐巴格達大使館事件（英語：Attack on the United States embassy in Baghdad）。示威者於2019年12月31日襲擊了美國駐巴格達綠區的大使館。[43]許多抗議者是真主黨旅的成員，其中還有真主黨旅創始人阿布·馬赫迪·穆罕迪斯。[44][43]2020年1月1日，人民動員下令支持者撤離駐巴格達美國大使館後，伊拉克抗議群眾全部撤離美國大使館[45]。1月3日，真主黨旅創始人阿布·馬赫迪·穆罕迪斯與聖城旅指揮官卡西姆·蘇萊曼尼一同在巴格達國際機場被美軍空襲身亡[46]。
