Apple A6X是苹果公司设计的SoC，于2012年10月23日发表。它只用于iPad with Retina display。

A6X是苹果公司定制的SoC。它是Apple A6的派生版本，包含与Apple A6相同的同步双核心ARMv7架构中央处理器，仅图形处理器升级到运行于300MHz的四核心PowerVR SGX554 MP4。[3][4]不同于A6，A6X被导热片覆盖，且内存模块与晶片分开封装。
A6X同样由三星电子代工，使用32纳米制程HKMG (High-κ Metal Gate)制造，面积123mm²，比A6大26%。A6X是该公司最后一款32位架构的A系列SoC。
