菲德勒权变模型

菲德勒权变模型(英语:Fiedler contingency model)是由商业和管理心理学家弗雷德·爱德华·菲德勒所著,主要说明关于组织中领导者的有效性的权变理论。费德勒以“最不受欢迎同事量表”来衡量领导者的领导风格以及个人领导取向的工具,并将这一因素分解为领导者─成员关系、任务结构以及职位权力3个构面[1],组合出8种工作情境:
