指法庭仅对特定类型的案件（例如破产、家事案件）具有司法管辖权
有限司法管辖权（英语：limited jurisdiction）指法庭仅对特定类型的案件（例如破产、家事案件）具有司法管辖权。[1]
与一般司法管辖权不同，具有有限司法管辖权的法庭的权限由法规及其他权威授予。
在美国的州法院体系内，有限司法管辖权法院有多种类型。各州的有限司法管辖权法院体系差异甚大。大多数具有有限司法管辖权的州法院审理刑事、遗嘱认证、青少年犯罪及家庭关系案件。[2]
