Zcash是一種去中心化、開源的加密互聯網貨幣。與比特幣相比，其更注重於私隱[1][2]，以及對交易透明的可控性[3][4]。具體體現為：公有區塊鏈加密了交易記錄中的傳送人、接收人、交易量；用戶可裁量選擇是否向其他人提供檢視金鑰，僅擁有此金鑰的人才能看到交易的內容[5]。

歷史 編輯
從2014年開始，Zcash協定（即「Zerocash」）在原開發者團隊與約翰·霍普金斯大學、麻省理工學院、以色列理工學院和特拉維夫大學的各個小組的協同運作下，逐步提高了原協定（即 「Zerocoin」）的效率和匿名性[6]。
2016年1月20日，Zcash專案作為Zerocash專案的應用，正式由行政總裁Zooko Wilkox宣佈。
