占士·麥健時
占士·麥健時（英語：James Oscar McKinsey, 1889年6月4日—1937年11月30日）是一位美國會計師，管理諮詢師，芝加哥大學會計學教師，麥健時（McKinsey & Company）和科爾尼諮詢公司創始人。[2]

生平 編輯
1889年出生於密蘇里州，[3][4]1912年畢業於中密蘇里大學，[2][5]1913年畢業於阿肯色大學，1914年在聖路易斯大學學習簿記。[2]1917年畢業於芝加哥大學，第一次世界大戰期間曾作為美國陸軍參戰。結束後返回芝加哥大學。1919年通過註冊會計師考試。[1][2][5]1917年任教於芝加哥大學，1926年晉升為正教授。[5] 1920年至1921年還任教於哥倫比亞大學。[1][2] 1926年在芝加哥創建美國管理諮詢公司麥健時，1935年被任命為芝加哥百貨公司Marshall Field & Company董事長，於是他任命安德魯·湯馬士·科爾尼為麥健時的實際管理人，1936年還擔任美國管理協會會長。[2][1]1937年11月30日麥健時因肺炎逝世，享年48歲。[2]
