《生活本身》（英語：Life Itself）是一部2014年史蒂夫·詹姆斯執導的美國傳記題材紀錄片，講述美國著名影評人羅傑·伊伯特的生平。Zak Piper、Steve James 和 Garrett Basch 監製。改編自羅傑·伊伯特於2011年發表的同名回憶錄[3]。
