州立公園（英語：State parks）或省立公園（英語：Provincial parks）是指由各國一級地方政府管理的公園或保護區，根據其使用「州」還是「省」來命名。州立公園通常由地方政府為了保護自然生態、歷史古蹟或方便人民休閒娛樂而建立。在美國和墨西哥，州立公園由州政府經營管理。
