正文中「遭警方逮捕訊問 7 小時後，斯特金被無罪釋放」的說法是不真切的，至少截至目前是這樣。Sturgeon 現在所處的狀態叫 『released under investigation』 (RUI), 只是在放她走的時候沒有 charge, 但並沒有什麼人給她定無罪，相反，主流媒體都有報道說她要 『pending further investigation』. 請參下方第 1, 2 條 ref 及其引段。至於什麼叫 released under investigation, 我附上了使用搜尋引擎找到的第一個律所給出的解釋 (Ref No 3). 故此處的措辭尚值得商榷。[1] [2] [3]

If you have been released under investigation, it means that the police are continuing to investigate the alleged criminal offence.
