《你可以跳舞》（英语：You Can Dance）是美国女歌手玛丹娜的首张混音专辑，1987年11月17日由华纳兄弟唱片公司旗下Sire唱片公司发行。专辑内收录一首新曲〈聚光灯〉（Spotlight）。《你可以跳舞》获得告示牌专辑榜第14名以及舞曲榜冠军，也是全球最畅销的女歌手混音专辑。

《你可以跳舞》混音专辑收录一首新歌〈聚光灯〉（Spotlight），其它的曲目分别来自于1983年同名专辑《玛丹娜》（Madonna）、1984年《宛如处女》（Like a Virgin）和1986年《忠实者》（True Blue）三张专辑当中。其实〈聚光灯〉不算是一首新歌，这首歌曲早在1986年就已经制作完成，原本唱片公司是计划将这首收录在专辑《忠实者》当中，这首歌曲和〈假日〉的曲子都出自Curtis Hudson之手，但玛丹娜认为这两首歌曲的部份旋律太过于相似，所以从《忠实者》原预定的曲目中撤掉了它。因此已经制作完成的〈聚光灯〉就一直被搁置著，直到隔年这张《你可以跳舞》混音专辑的发行，这首歌曲才有机会问世。

《你可以跳舞》在专辑榜最高成绩为第14名，它在榜内共停留22周[1]。1988年1月20日经美国唱片业协会（RIAA）认证该专辑销售数字为1白金（1百万张）[2]。1988年2月6日该专辑在告示牌舞曲榜拿下一周冠军，成为玛丹娜第7首全美冠军舞曲。告示牌舞曲榜在1991年2月16日之前，可以接受多首歌曲或是整张专辑进榜，亦指一个名次可能包含多首歌曲或是一张专辑，但告示牌舞曲榜在1991年2月16日更改规定之后，该榜一个名次将只接受一首歌曲，昔日多首歌曲同挤一个名次或是一整张专辑的情况将不复见。《你可以跳舞》也是玛丹娜唯一一张以LP Cuts身份拿下舞曲榜冠军的专辑。
