青衣北岸公路（{{lang-en|Tsing Yi North Coastal Road}}，简称：{{lang|en|TYNCR}}[1]），是一条位于香港新界青衣的快速道路。公路始于东面的青荃桥，并如其名，穿过青衣岛的北岸，终于西面与香港干线编号系统中的3号和8号干线的一个{{tsl|en|Left-in/left-out|只准靠左入、靠左出}}交汇处；东西两端相距2.2公里[1]。公路在1998年规划兴建，以分流来往大屿山的车流，始建于1999年，并在2002年2月通车。

简介 编辑

公路始于青马管制区的边界[1]，即担杆山路之东端和青荃路之西端[2]。公路往西延伸，并与设有隔音屏的出入口交汇。公路然后经过多座座落于青衣北部的高架桥，而那些高架桥的南边和北边分别是山脉和海岸线。公路在其东端以西约1.4公里的一段经过担杆山路附近的一家船厂和一家水泥厂[3]。公路之西行线通往前往船厂和水泥厂的出口，而从担杆山路进入公路的入口则通往公路的东行线。公路继续向西延伸，并终于位于青屿干线访客中心附近的一个只准靠左入、靠左出交汇处[2]，而该交汇处连接3号干线和8号干线[3]。

2017年，此公路之{{tsl|en|Annual average daily traffic|年平均每日交通流量}}（{{lang|en|AADT}}）为19250车辆架次；香港运输署界定此公路为“区域干路”（{{lang|en|District Distributor}}）。[4]

历史 编辑

此公路在1996年左右已有兴建计划[5]，而此公路也是青马管制区——一个设有特殊管理的公路区域——的一部分。此公路旨在分流大量途经青衣的交通（尤其是来往香港国际机场与大屿山发展区的交通）而兴建[1]。此工程项目包括兴建公路本身以及车辆出入口、人行道、公路周边的隔音屏、监视系统，以及位于青衣的保养中心[1][6]。路政署在1998年10月进行招标后[6]，于1999年2月正式与金门建筑签署了一份价值7.756亿港元的合同[7]，而工程则在签署合同的一个月之后开始动工[7]。

在施工期间，为防止空气污染，道路、车辆，以及其他相关地方皆被喷水，以减少尘埃吹离工地[8]。工程中建造了很多高架道路、{{tsl|en|Embankment (transportation)|路堤}}和挡土墙，而有一组墙壁因为地基受损而被替换[9]。在运输署与ABB工业及建筑系统有限公司签署合同后，2000年11月，一套全新的交通管制系统开始建造[10]。时任政务司司长曾荫权在2002年2月1日主持了公路的竣工典礼[11]，而公路在翌日正式通车[12]。公路上的行车速度在通车时被限制为最多70公里每小时[13]。
